SolidWorks (including ScanTo3D for reverse engineering) and AutoCAD. We deliver files in your preferred format (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF). For FEM calculations we use SolidWorks Simulation.
Yes. With our 3D-scanner we capture existing components accurately to 0.1 mm, from which we build a parametric SolidWorks model. Result: a producible drawing with which you can have the component remade.
Depending on complexity: a simple component 1 to 2 weeks, a complete machine 2 to 4 months. We work iteratively with intermediate review moments so you can adjust in time.
Yes, that is often particularly effective. We align with your process knowledge and user experience, we bring the mechanical engineering and machine building expertise. Documentation remains your property.
Our main focus is mechanical engineering and machine building. For electrical and instrumentation (E&I) we work with fixed partners that integrate seamlessly into our process.
Yes, FEM calculations for static and dynamic strength, plus hand and norm calculations where more appropriate (Eurocode, FEM 1.001 for lifting equipment, ASME for pressure vessels).
A laser scan of a physical object that we convert into a 3D CAD model. Useful when drawings are missing, you want to reproduce a component, you want to modify existing hardware, or for insurance claims after damage.
