Technical Designs
Our engineers develop custom solutions for demanding technical projects, including 3D modeling and technical documentation. From initial sketch to production drawing.

CAT 5110B Undercarriage Pin Manipulator
Hydraulic manipulator for pushing in and out 160 kg heavy undercarriage pins using two bucket cylinders.

Hanging Scaffold for Balcony Demolition
Design, engineering, certification and construction of a custom hanging scaffold for safe balcony demolition.

Rubble Bucket 2 m³
Design and fabrication of a 2 m³ rubble bucket for mounting on a demolition excavator.

Granite Discharge Separator
Design, fabrication and assembly of a discharge separator for a granite processing plant.

Lubrication Device Ø60mm
Engineering and construction of a passive lubrication device for Ø60mm steel cables in stainless steel 316.

Expandable Wheel Set RIB Boat
Design and fabrication of a wheel set with fiberglass leaf spring and bearing wheels.
Outside industry too, we design structures that have to be right: the same calculations, the same drawings, on a smaller scale.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which CAD software do you use?
SolidWorks (including ScanTo3D for reverse engineering) and AutoCAD. We deliver files in your preferred format (STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF). For FEM calculations we use SolidWorks Simulation.
Can you reverse-engineer without original drawings?
Yes. With our 3D-scanner we capture existing components accurately to 0.1 mm, from which we build a parametric SolidWorks model. Result: a producible drawing with which you can have the component remade.
How long does a design project take?
Depending on complexity: a simple component 1 to 2 weeks, a complete machine 2 to 4 months. We work iteratively with intermediate review moments so you can adjust in time.
Do you collaborate with our own engineers?
Yes, that is often particularly effective. We align with your process knowledge and user experience, we bring the mechanical engineering and machine building expertise. Documentation remains your property.
Do you only do mechanical design?
Our main focus is mechanical engineering and machine building. For electrical and instrumentation (E&I) we work with fixed partners that integrate seamlessly into our process.
Can you also perform strength calculations?
Yes, FEM calculations for static and dynamic strength, plus hand and norm calculations where more appropriate (Eurocode, FEM 1.001 for lifting equipment, ASME for pressure vessels).
What is 3D scanning and when is it useful?
A laser scan of a physical object that we convert into a 3D CAD model. Useful when drawings are missing, you want to reproduce a component, you want to modify existing hardware, or for insurance claims after damage.
