Design and construction of a passive lubrication device suitable for mobile mounting on a Ø60mm steel cable. The complete project included engineering, fabrication and delivery with accessories.
- Mechanical design suitable for Ø60mm cable with ±1mm tolerance
- Housing in stainless steel 316 welded frame, approx. 15 kg
- Quick-lock clamping with two knobs
- NBR O-ring & TPU 95A sealing blocks
- Grease pump with air pump dosing system and adjustable flow
- Compressor 230 VAC, grease hoses and compressed air hose
- Complete delivery package with technical documentation
