Project Description
On behalf of a client, Kuijpers Technical Designs designed and built a complete hydraulic drive system, consisting of a 75 kW electric/hydraulic power pack and a hydraulic hose reel with 100 meters of hose package. The system was developed as a drive and power unit for a remotely controlled excavator.
Power Pack 75 kW
- Electrically driven (400 Volt / 190 A) with frequency controller
- 75 kW power, max. 300 bar working pressure, 150 L/min flow
- Air/oil cooling with 37.5 kW capacity
- 300 liter hydraulic tank
- HMI control in control cabinet on the power pack
- Dimensions: 2750 × 1250 × 1250 mm, total weight approx. 2,100 kg
Hydraulic Hose Reel
- Electrically driven (400 Volt / 16 A) with angle transmission
- 100 meter hose package with pressure, return, leak and communication hoses
- Max. pulling force 1,200 kg, max. speed 0.5 m/s
- Integrated Ethernet and CANbus communication circuit
- Dimensions: 1500 × 1750 × 1550 mm, total weight approx. 1,350 kg
