What is 'technical detachering' and how does it work?
We deploy a craftsman from our own technical network on your project, for as long as you need: 2 weeks to 12 months. You pay a day rate, we handle contract, payment and insurance.
How do you select candidates?
Everyone in our network has been personally spoken to by Mark or Leon and assessed on professional knowledge and work attitude. No anonymous CV database: all profiles are vetted and tested.
Which disciplines do you offer?
Mechanical engineers, hydraulics specialists, maintenance technicians and fitters, technical project leaders, certified welders, and 3D CAD engineers.
How quickly can you deploy someone?
For regular profiles: within 1 to 2 weeks. For very specialised roles 2 to 6 weeks. We let you know directly what is realistic for your specific request.
What is the difference from a staffing agency?
A staffing agency recruits from a broad vacancy database. We deploy from a focused network of people we have known and worked with for years. No volume business, straight advice. Sometimes we say 'no' if we don't have anyone good.
Freelancers or permanent employees?
Both forms, depending on what the candidate and you want. We are flexible and think along about which contract form works for both parties.
What if the candidate doesn't turn out to fit?
In the first two weeks we replace free of charge if the match doesn't work. After that in good consultation. Our incentive is the same as yours: that it leads to a successful collaboration.
