What exactly does your 24/7 breakdown service entail?
Direct phone access (Mark or Leon answer personally outside office hours). For a critical breakdown we are on-site within 1 hour. Service contracts with agreed SLAs give you certainty on this.
What response times do you maintain?
Critical (production stoppage, safety risk): direct by phone, 1 hour on-site. Urgent (significant impact): 4-hour response, 1 working day on-site. Regular: response on next working day.
What is risk-driven maintenance?
Maintenance where we don't 'check everything every quarter', but direct effort to the assets with the greatest impact on failure. Based on FMECA analyses we prioritise what needs attention and when.
Do you also perform IA&E and mechanical safety inspections?
Yes. Periodic inspections on installation, equipment and electrical safety (IA&E) and mechanical safety. Including NEN3140 inspections for electrical work equipment.
What is FMECA analysis?
Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis. A structured way to determine failure modes, consequences and maintenance priorities. We have implemented this for projects with 25-year contract periods (such as the Afsluitdijk).
