Project Description

Optimization of maintenance for new objects on the Afsluitdijk, including the discharge sluice and pumping station complexes, for the coming 25 years. The goal is to develop a cost-saving yet sustainable maintenance strategy that maximizes availability and reliability.

Development and optimization of risk-driven maintenance per object based on FMECA analyses
Implementation of condition based maintenance and monitoring strategies
Development of maintenance plans compliant with NEN2767
Development of task plans, inspection checklists and work instructions
Implementation of work orders and task plans in Maximo
Monitoring of reliability, availability and maintenance costs
Maintenance strategy focused on cost optimization for 25 years
