Project Description
PWN is expanding its drinking water treatment plant in Heemskerk with a new UFHF 2 factory, backwash water buffer, waste water buffer, energy building and diesel storage. The project also includes modifications and connections to existing infrastructure, as well as underground process pipelines installed using trench formwork at depths of up to approximately 4 metres below ground level.
The extension is being carried out by Combinatie Zuiver Bouwen (GMB & K_Dekker) on behalf of PWN, under a UAV 2012 contract.
Our Role
KTS provides a specialist for digitally setting out reference points in the new buildings. Using the Hilti PLT 300, an advanced digital layout tool, structural and MEP reference points are precisely marked on the floors and walls of the new factory buildings.
